Why WAS it called Ghost Truck Kitchen?

We called it Ghost Truck when we first opened because like ghosts, our trucks did not physically exist. Our culinary team created a variety of digital food truck concepts that allowed us to have fun with the menu and try new things! But times change, and so do we. We realized our name was a bit confusing, so we cleaned it up and now refer to ourselves as GTK.

Are you on Grubhub/Uber Eats/Etc?

Are you local-organic-farm to yada yada yada?

Of course! We work extremely hard to find the best raw ingredients (local when possible) to create our dishes but we don't like to brag about it. We just think that's the way it should be.
